On May 29, at Komatsu Italy’s annual Supplier Day, we experienced an exciting milestone: for the very first time, a quality award was presented, and it went right to Fast Trade!
This prestigious recognition honors our journey of continuous improvement over the years, driven by a steady reduction in non-conformities.
“We are particularly proud of this because it reflects our dedication to constantly raising the bar for our customers. In fact, these strong results had already been recognized during an audit just a few months ago,” explained Lucia Russo, Warehouse Manager at Fast Trade Bologna, who accepted the award alongside Stefano Hravitin, Fast Trade’s Quality Manager.
